Hi, I'm Leonie. I'm a psychologist, cognitive behavioral therapist in training, and psychological coach. I’m also a certified yoga, breathwork, and meditation instructor.
I bring all of these together in my coaching. My approach is holistic because I believe that the mind and body are deeply connected and influence each other.
In our sessions, we’ll look at your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and work together to develop strategies for handling difficult situations, life challenges, or personal blockages more effectively. My approach is for both individuals and couples, and I aim to create a safe space for my clients. Above all, I focus on finding long-term solutions, rather than quick fixes.
